‘Farmyard Olympics’

As well as writing, more recently I’ve begun to use watercolours and inks to create some humorous greetings cards designs.  In particular, I’ve designed a range of blank greetings cards specifically for UK farm shops, called ‘Farmyard Olympics’.  These feature various superior specimens of fruit, veg and livestock getting active as they prepare for battle against mass-produced food items from across the globe.  The cards include a message on the reverse extolling the virtues of local fresh produce and encouraging shoppers to support their nearest farm shop.

‘Farmyard Olympics’ has been followed by ‘Farmyard Winter Olympics’  (pigs doing the Luge, snowboarding cows and figure skating chickens…you get the picture) and ‘Talking Turkey’ ranges – just in time for Christmas.
